Description
The XonaChip® “X4” includes 4 test beds per chip, reducing the number of cells required per test bed and increasing throughput. The XonaChip® “X4” has (4) compartmentalized culture units, each with 450 μm wide microgroove barriers. A smaller cell loading port approximately 2 mm in diameter makes cell loading easier and more consistent. Half to one third the amount of cells are needed per culture unit. Each unit contains (18) microgrooves connecting the compartments. This “X4” chip is optimal for automated imaging applications.
