Double Open Compartment Device (450 μm microgroove barrier)
The double open compartment (DOC) device with a 450 μm microgroove barrier is suitable for researchers who would like to use tissue, spheroids, or large cells that typically are difficult to place in microfluidic channels. Large cells or tissue can be placed easily within the open compartments. DOC450s are also useful for researcher who would like to load a higher density of cells.
