Paper Highlight! The Tanzi Lab at Harvard uses XonaChips® to create 3D neuronal cultures of FAD (familial Alzheimer’s disease) mutation differentiated hNPCs. These 3D cultures prevented the possibility of cells migrating into the axonal compartment. Impressively, the authors measured Aβ40 from conditioned media collected from each compartment.
